Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon, all items purchased from us are warranted from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, by reason of design, materials, or workmanship under the terms of the manufacturers warranty.
You may claim warranty by presenting the original sale invoice.
The decision for replacement of defective items shall be dependent upon the manufacturer and poolandspa.ph and poolsandponds.ph will, at its option, repair or replace the defective item(s) returned during the warranty period at no charge. Replacement parts or units are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
During the warranty period, poolandspa.ph and poolsandponds.ph will provide the labor for warranty repair without any service charge at any of our branches/service centres.
Warranty does not cover shipping expenses. Provincial clients will need to send us the defective item(s) at their expense. After repair or replacement, we will inform the client that the items are available for claiming. At the clients' decision, we will ship the item(s) back. poolandspa.ph and poolsandponds.ph will not pay any freight charges.
For on-site repairs and maintenance, where the service is done at the customer's site, no charge will apply unless the product is deemed to be out of warranty. poolandspa.ph and poolsandponds.ph will then charge the customer for the transportation of our service personnel and any repairs to the product that is required.
Consumables, including but not limited to pool chlorine, dry acid, copper sulfate, silica sand, sauna stones are not covered by any warranty.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover damages due to accidents, wrong installations, tampering, misuse, misapplication or any other abnormal causes, including use of wrong voltage, running of pump motor without water, dry-firing of heating elements, damages caused by fire, floods, earthquakes, and other incidental events.
Warranty is void if warranty seals and/or product serial numbers have been tampered or altered in any way.
Warranty does not imply on-site service or appropriation of backup units.
